The Francesca slippers are designed to fit true-to-size, although individual foot shapes may vary. They offer a snug initial fit, ensuring the flex gore and plush velvet upper stretch and conform to your feet over time for optimal comfort.
We want you to love your slippers! That's why we accept returns on Francesca slippers, even after they've been worn, if you’re not completely delighted within 30 days.
The Francesca slippers are available in whole sizes (6-11) and select half sizes (7.5, 8.5, 9.5) in standard medium width.

Canada - Shipping
Standard shipping to Canada is $15. In addition to this shipping fee, customers in Canada are responsible for further tax, duty, and any import service fees upon delivery.

Canada - Returns and Exchanges
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we are not able to offer free return shipping from Canada. But we will gladly accept returns from Canadian customers by any trackable method at their own expense within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be issued once the goods have been received and reviewed to be in new condition, with no signs of wear.
Washing Instructions
Luvons are machine washable. Simply toss them in the mesh laundry bag that comes with every pair, and wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry them and they'll be fresh and clean again.
