United States - Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping in the U.S for all orders.

Please allow 3-8 business days to receive your order.

Expedited shipping (2-3 business days) is available for a $15 non-refundable fee.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

United States - Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Luvons. If for any reason they haven't captured your heart, we're here to make things right. Simply reach out to us at hello@myluvons.com within 30 days of receiving your order for a free exchange or return. Just include your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange in your email, and we'll quickly get back to you with all the details and a complimentary shipping label.

Please ensure the slippers are unworn, in their pristine condition, and returned in the original packaging, including the laundry mesh bag. Our goal is your complete satisfaction and comfort with Luvons.

Canada - Shipping

Standard shipping to Canada is $15.  In addition to this shipping fee, customers in Canada are responsible for further tax, duty, and any import service fees upon delivery.

Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Canada - Returns and Exchanges 

Due to the complexities of international shipping, we are not able to offer free return shipping from Canada. But we will gladly accept returns from Canadian customers by any trackable method at their own expense within 30 days of purchase.  A refund will be issued once the goods have been received and reviewed to be in new condition, with no signs of wear.
