That said, finding the perfect fit matters. If your slippers don't fit quite right, we make returns and exchanges easy.

Exchanges - Fast & Free
Need a different size? No problem.
Here's how it works:

  • Email hello@myluvons.com with your order number and the size you need
  • We'll email you a prepaid UPS return label within 1 business day
  • Pack your slippers and drop off at any UPS location
  • Once we receive your return, we'll promptly ship your new size

We cover shipping both ways. No fees. No hassle.

Returns - Simple & Fair
Changed your mind? We understand.
Here's how it works:

  • Email hello@myluvons.com within 30 days of receiving your order
  • We'll send you a prepaid UPS return label and instructions within 1 business day
  • Pack your slippers (they should be unworn and in resaleable condition)
  • Drop off at any UPS location
  • We'll process your refund once we receive them and confirm that they are new and unworn (typically 1-2 business days after we receive your return)

Return shipping: $6.99 (deducted from your refund to cover our label cost)

What "unworn" means: It's fine to try them on at home on clean floors. We just ask that they're in condition to be resold—no signs of outdoor wear, stains, or damage.

Canada Returns
We're happy to accept returns from Canada within 30 days.
How it works:

  • Email hello@myluvons.com for our returns address
  • Ship back via Canada Post or your preferred carrier
  • You cover return shipping; we'll refund your full purchase price
  • For exchanges: You cover return shipping to us; we cover shipping the new size to you

Expedited shipping fees cannot be refunded
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt
Please include all original packaging and mesh laundry bag
