The Francesca slippers are designed to fit true-to-size, although individual foot shapes may vary. They offer a snug initial fit, ensuring the flex gore and plush velvet upper stretch and conform to your feet over time for optimal comfort.
We want you to love your slippers! That's why we accept returns on Francesca slippers, even after they've been worn, if you’re not completely delighted within 30 days.
The Francesca slippers are available in whole sizes (6-11) and select half sizes (7.5, 8.5, 9.5) in standard medium width.

We offer free standard shipping in the U.S. on all orders.
Your order will be processed and on its way within 2 business days from California. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days.
Need it sooner? Expedited processing and shipping (2–4 business days total from order to delivery) is available for a $15 non-refundable fee.
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
UNITED STATES – RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love your slippers. If they're not quite right, we'll make the process smooth and simple.
Just email us at hello@myluvons.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange or return, and we will respond within 1 business day.
Please include your order number and a brief note about the reason. We'll get back to you quickly with next steps and a prepaid shipping label.
Exchanges: FREE—no shipping fees at all.
Returns: A refund will be issued within 2 business days once slippers are received and confirmed to be in new, unworn condition. A $6.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
What "unworn" means: It's fine to try them on at home on clean floors. We just ask that they're in condition to be resold—no signs of outdoor wear, stains, or damage.

Standard shipping to Canada is $15. In addition to this fee, customers are responsible for any tax, duty, or import service charges upon delivery.

Washing Instructions
Luvons are machine washable. Simply toss them in the mesh laundry bag that comes with every pair, and wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry them and they'll be fresh and clean again.
