Size Notes
The Devon slippers are available in whole sizes (6 - 11) and standard medium width. They are generally true-to-size (everybody's feet are different!).
If you wear a half-size, we recommend sizing up if you wear wide width or prefer a looser fit. However, if you have narrow feet or prefer a snugger fit, we suggest sizing down.

Just include your order number and a brief explanation for the return or exchange in your email, and we'll quickly get back to you with all the details and a complimentary shipping label.

Canada - Shipping
Standard shipping to Canada is $15. In addition to this shipping fee, customers in Canada are responsible for further tax, duty, and any import service fees upon delivery.

Canada - Returns and Exchanges
Due to the complexities of international shipping, we are not able to offer free return shipping from Canada. But we will gladly accept returns from Canadian customers by any trackable method at their own expense within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be issued once the goods have been received and reviewed to be in new condition, with no signs of wear.
Washing Instructions
Luvons are machine washable. Simply toss them in the mesh laundry bag that comes with every pair, and wash in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry them and they'll be fresh and clean again.
